How can I confirm that I am registered for a class?
After you submit your payment, you will receive a confirmation by email. Please save this email for your records and refer back to it to find the name and date of your workshop. As always, you can reach a member of our team by emailing gsc.learningsolutions@granite.edu or calling 603-513-1144.

If I have to cancel my registration, will I get a refund?
If you sign up for a workshop and are unable to attend, contact us at least 14 full business days before the workshop. You may either transfer your registration to a friend or colleague, or receive a voucher code to attend a future date. Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds. Please see our full policy for additional details.

Do you offer any workshops online?
Yes! We currently offer a variety of different workshops and more are being developed. View all workshops online or use our contact us form for questions.

Do you offer Continuing Education Credits (CEUs)?
Our workshops are designed to help you quickly learn new skills in a half-day or full-day format, and immediately apply what you’ve learned on-the-job. Workshops that offer CEUs or a Certificate are longer in duration and require more classroom hours to complete, which falls outside of the professional development offerings we currently feature. Every participant receives a certificate upon completion and can add this experience to a resume.

There are several people in our office who would benefit from training. Can you come to us?
Yes! We offer on-site training services. Contact us to tell us more about your needs and interests.
